1. Engagement of Services

VoxiStack provides bespoke enterprise software solutions. Each project engagement is defined by a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Our services include:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Architecture.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) & Educational App Development.
  • Voice AI Agent Training & Integration.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management & Maintenance.

2. Payment & Milestone Terms

Standard project billing is milestone-based. An initial deposit is required to commence project discovery. Subsequent payments are tied to verified deliverables. Late payments exceeding 30 days may result in temporary suspension of active development and maintenance services.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon the successful completion of the project and full settlement of all outstanding invoices, VoxiStack grants the Client 100% irrevocable ownership of the custom source code developed for the project. VoxiStack retains the right to use non-proprietary code snippets and architectural patterns developed during the project for other works.

4. Support & Maintenance (SLA)

For clients on an active Maintenance Plan, VoxiStack provides a 99.9% uptime SLA for hosted applications. Support tickets are categorized by severity, with Critical issues (e.g., system downtime) receiving a response within 4 hours during business hours.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all business information, technical data, and trade secrets shared during the project as "Confidential Information" and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxiStack's total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the client to VoxiStack during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

6. Changes to Terms

VoxiStack reserves the right to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
